An accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and is a member of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA), the 106-arce zoo is the oldest and largest zoological park in Texas.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Open seven days a week. Closed Christmas Day.
Regular hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Winter hours (during Standard Time): 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission: $15 ages 12-64; $12 ages 3-11 and seniors; free for age 2 and under and DZS members (March-May); $12 and $9 (June-December); $5 per person (January-February). Senior Safari Wednesdays offer $5 admission for all seniors (65+) every Wednesday.
